Logan MacNeill
Host – Section 2
Logan MacNeill is a freelance entrepreneur who is trying to expand upon the skills needed to make it in the content creation industry. In doing so, he has joined the Conestoga College Broadcast – Television & Independent Production program to further his profession, along with meeting people who have the same passion within the industry.
Logan loves everything within content creation but being on camera & voice work are his favourites, which is exactly how he will fit into the Brews & Tunes series as host. He is also in charge of booking/planning the breweries.
After graduating from college, Logan plans on finding work in the freelance industry along with any job that helps further his passion within content creation which includes editing, hosting a show, live event camera production & creative writing.
Adriéli Stein
Host – Section 2
Adriéli Stein has been a booklover since her teenager years, and after graduating in publicity and advertising, she discovered that her real passion is in storytelling.
She is now building her skills to help people to tell their stories and hopes to make them memorable for viewers. In The Student Spotlight, she will take turns with the rest of the crew and experiment in different roles such as producer, host and editor. Challenging herself on her weaknesses and improving her strengths is a goal in this project.
In between classes, shoots and assignments, Adriéli has the biggest and hardest job in the world: being a mom to three beautiful kids. After finishing the program, she wants to be the cool mom who works on television and films.
Arromal Ajithkumar Jyothishkala
Senior Editor – Section 2
Arromal Ajithkumar Jyothishkala is an aspiring filmmaker who is trying to upskill himself every day. By joining Broadcasting-Television and Independent Production, he is able to collaborate with like-minded people and learn more each day.
Arromal enjoys spending behind the scenes, especially with the camera, so for Brews & Tunes, He is going to handle the main camera. He also likes to edit, so he is going to assist the editing department.
After completing school, Arromal hopes to find work within the film industry, especially on the production side.
Muskan Tai
Supervising Producer – Section 2
Muskan Tai is a dynamic storyteller with a talent for uncovering the deeper meaning behind every narrative she creates. She loves exploring new ideas, building connections, and bringing fresh perspectives to life through her work. Muskan thrives on the creative process, always looking to capture moments that resonate and leave a lasting impact.
She’s currently thrilled about her role as the Supervising Producer of Conestoga Connected, where she’s eager to bring her vision and leadership to a new level. Always ready for a challenge, Muskan dives into each project with excitement, creativity, and an unwavering drive to make it memorable.
With her curious mind and passion for storytelling, she’s committed to delivering content that goes beyond the surface and connects with people on a personal level.
Rylee Tyhurst
Supervising Producer – Section 2
The arts have always been a huge passion for Rylee Tyhurst. She enjoys music, performing arts, dance and film, but she has had a specific interest in the creative process of it all.
Her eye for detail in pre-production and a deep passion for storytelling make her eager to take on writing, producing, location scouting, and directing roles. Rylee is looking forward to gaining more knowledge and experience throughout her projects.
With the skills she is learning at Conestoga, she hopes to contribute to a production company or professional team with dynamic perspectives and ideas in the future. With a commitment to both craft and creativity, Rylee Tyhurst is excited to take part in the media and film production industry.
Kaylyn Williams
Social Media Manager – Section 2
Kaylyn Williams began her fascination with film during high school, but it wasn’t until she started making fake TV shows with her friends that really sparked her interest in joining the Broadcasting-Television and Independent Production program at Conestoga College. Since then, she has learned a lot about the process and enjoys it greatly.
Kaylyn loves being behind the camera, but for “The Student Spotlight” she is stepping out of her comfort zone to host. She is also diving into on screen production, as well as managing the Conestoga Connected Instagram account.
When not creating work for school projects, Kaylyn is crocheting, listening to music, or hanging out with her friends.
After school, Kaylyn hopes to find work with a film or television production company.
Aryabir Singh
Section 2
Aryabir Singh is a passionate audio-visual professional, specializing in audio and camera work. His interest in the industry was sparked by a deep appreciation for how sound and visuals bring stories to life. Currently, Aryabir is a key team member for the Latte Layers series, contributing his skills in both editing and sound production. Known for his keen attention to detail, he aims to elevate every project he works on with high-quality audio-visual storytelling. Aryabir is excited to continue honing his technical skills and creative approach, with plans to explore more opportunities in the field after graduation.
Ansh Bansal
Section 2
Ansh Bansal has been more interested in the movie’s technical process, especially the lights and audios used in creating a certain story. He is currently doing a diploma in Broadcast-Television and Independent Production at Conestoga College. Ansh handles both audio and lighting for the Conestoga Connected segment, bringing him a central role in the appearance of the scenes. Whether it is dimming to create an atmosphere or boosting the volume to combine it with a video, Ansh has accepted these concepts as something that affects the view’s perception. In the future , Ansh would like to have a job in the cinema or in television as a lighting and sound engineer.
Casey Butler
Section 2
Casey Butler is a memorable individual with a unique artistic vision who loves to create. He has always been interested in the behind the scenes of filmmaking since he was a child and wanted to create a project of his own. Casey has been using Conestoga College’s Broadcasting Television and Independent Production to learn skills and develop himself as a creative. Casey Butler shines both in front and behind the camera and brings a positive attitude to everything he does. For Quizzing Companions, he will be playing the role of host which matches his fun, upbeat, and entertaining personality. Casey’s family owns a business which he uses to both practice his own skills outside of school while creating and promoting the business. After graduating from school Casey hopes to find a position in the film or television industry.
Harpreet Harpreet
Section 2
Harpreet began his passion after his 18th birthday when her father gifted him a camera, and he became fascinated with taking pictures and making videos. Along with this, he expands his interest in visual storytelling by capturing moments. Subsequently, he was thrilled to attend Conestoga College, where he is furthering his passion-related talents. He is excited to work on his first segment and role as a camera operator. After graduation, he wants to work in cinematography in film and television production so he may keep telling innovative and inspirational stories.
Ching Hei Ho (Peter)
Section 2
Ho, Ching Hei (Peter) is a passionate motorcycle enthusiast, who has also always had a dream to be a director. After working and studying in the industry, he has realized that there is still a lot to learn. He is hoping to get more opportunities so that he can go farther in this industry. In Brews and Tunes on Conestoga Connected, you will see Peter’s efforts behind the scenes.
Brayden Leighton
Section 2
Brayden Leighton is a passionate storyteller, but it was not until he went to Conestoga College where he found out what he wanted to do with it. Since then he has adamantly used his skills to produce the best products he can. Brayden has shown promising skill in both the camera and editing side of production, but while working on Quizzing Companions, he has taken more of a producer role. When not working on a school project, he is either working on a passion project of his, learning more about the things he is interested in, or spending time with people who are important in his life. After school, Brayden hopes to find work within a television company.
Nivedha Narayanan
Section 2
The host of Latte Layers, Nivedha Narayanan, is an adventurous, creative spirit who has always followed her own path. After enrolling in the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Chennai, she quickly realized her true passions lay elsewhere and dropped out to pursue her own creative journey. With a background as a photographer, stylist, and décor artist for music festivals, her love for visual storytelling has driven her career. She has also worked as a content writer and visual analyst for the renowned trend forecasting agency WGSN, combining her eye for design with her passion for innovation. Currently pursuing Broadcasting-Television, and Independent Production in Canada, she is expanding her skills to become a cinematographer, capturing stories in her unique and artistic way. With a deep love for visual narratives, she brings a cinematic eye to Latte Layers, capturing the beauty of café culture and the artistry behind coffee and pastries. She travels with her three beloved cats, always seeking new adventures and creative outlets.
Abhishek Rane
Section 2
Abhishek Rane is a versatile filmmaker who began his journey as a fashion photographer in 2013. He quickly transitioned into cinematography, taking on the role of Head of Department for an intercollegiate fest during his bachelor’s degree. Soon after, he entered the film industry, assisting Directors and DPs, and immersing himself in the vibrant world of Bollywood. With skills ranging from editing to cinematography and directing, Abhishek has developed a comprehensive understanding of film production. He moved to Canada for further education broadened his horizons, allowing him to connect with people from around the world and learn new styles of cinema. His goal is to become a director and start his own production company, where he can create impactful stories and explore diverse filmmaking techniques
Sarbjit Singh
Section 2
Sarbjit Singh has always been enthusiastic about filmmaking, especially the art of post-production. It wasn’t until joining the Broadcast-Television and Independent program at Conestoga College that Sarbjit had a chance to truly explore the world of visual storytelling through editing. From working in various editing software to experimenting with new tools and techniques, Sarbjit thrives in crafting seamless narratives that captivate audiences. In Sarbjit’s current role, he focuses on refining footage to bring stories to life for Unsung Heroes, a series that highlights the effort of community workers. Beyond school projects, Sarbjit constantly seeks out new editing software and technology trends to enhance his skills. In the future, he hopes to pursue a career in post-production, collaborating with a creative team to push the boundaries of storytelling through visual media.
Firdaws Vami
Section 2
Firdaws Vami is a young media enthusiast with passion in the production of content and especially the script. Now studying at Conestoga College, in the Broadcasting and Independent Production program, she is furthering her skills in scriptwriting, motion graphics, segment production and more. Firdaws believes in finding creativity in every project she works on. She is currently working on creating segments for programs such as Unsung Heroes and creating graphics for a football-themed show, which shows her versatility across all media. Firdaws is also interested in producing and performing multicultural scripts.
